摘    要:采用果实品质常规分析法和离子色谱法分别对10个杨桃品种果实进行了品质分析和草酸含量的测定.结果表明:各杨桃品种间可溶性同形物含量差异不显著,但本地酸杨桃的可滴定酸含量显著高于其他品种;多数杨桃品种间的草酸含量差异极为显著,本地酸杨桃可溶草酸含量是新加坡单皮5号的1051倍;说明新加坡单皮杨桃果实品质佳且含草酸量低.

Abstract:The fruit quality and the oxalic acid content of ten carambola varieties were analysised respectively by routine analysis and ion-chronmatography.The results showed theat:①The soluble solids content of their star fruits shiowed no significant difference,but the titratable acid content of different varieties of carambola showed significant difference. ②The difference of the oxalate content of most of carambolas was extremely significant. And the soluble oxalate content of Local-acid-earambola was as 1051tines as it in Singapore Single-skin-5 carambola.③the fruits of Singapore single-skin carambola fruit was good quality and low oxalate.
