| 摘 要： | 根据黑龙江省农垦总局适应农业结构的产业调整和国家商品粮基地的机械化作业质量的要求。对建设现代农机装备试验区的发展战略目标进行了研究。研究结果将为黑龙江垦区建立新的农业机器系统提供重要的指导。为垦区全面实施现代农机装备试验区的推广提供参考。为此。选择黑龙江垦区新建立的现代化农机装备试验区农业机器系统为研究对象。探讨降低生产成本与提高经济效益的可行方案，其不仅有现实意义。而且有理论价值。

| Abstract: | In order to adjust the agricultural structure and to advance the mechanized operation quality in the national commodity grain base, Heilongjiang Reclamation Area General Bureau set a strategic target to build modern agricultural equipments test regions. System of farm machineries in the test regions was studied to find a feasible scheme to reduce the production costs and to increase the economic benefit. The conclusion with practical meanings and theoretical value can offer important guidance and reference to build new system of farm machineries and to popularize the test regions in Heilongjiang reclamation area. |
