肉牛血红素提取工艺的研究

摘    要:肉牛血红素的提取的三种方法,即醋酸钠法、鞣酸法、蒸馏法,进行了比较,通过对比得出鞣酸法较好。对鞣酸法的提取条件分别进行了单因素试验和正交试验。结果表明,鞣酸法提取血红素的最佳工艺条件:离心转速为3000r/min,离心时间为15min,加水量为1倍,鞣酸用量为5%。

Abstract:Three methods of extracting heme from cattle blood were compared in this study, these methods were extracting with sodium acetate, tannic acid and distalltion. The result was shown that extracting with tannic acid was better than the others. Then single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment of extracting with tannic acid was studied. The result indicated the optimum extracting condition: centrifugal rpm was 3000r/min, centrifugal time was 15min,water was 1 time, tannic acid was 5%.
