摘    要:纳米粒子具有一般物质没有的性质和特点,这使得纳米技术在很多领域备受关注,成为食品工业应用的热点。主要介绍了纳米技术的定义、特点,及其在食品和食品工业方面的应用和发展前景。

Abstract:Nanomaterials have many characters and activities compare with normality which make it receives much attention in many areas,and it has become the hot spot in food industry.In this article,the concept of nanotechnology,characters,its application and development prospect in food were introduced.
