摘    要:改善和最终结束“两课”教学虚空枯燥令人生厌的不利局面,最为关键的一环在于“两课”教师队伍的专家化,本对“两课”教师队伍专家化的基本内涵、必要性进行了分析,提出了“两课”教师队伍专家化的基本途径。
