| 摘 要： | 改善和最终结束“两课”教学虚空枯燥令人生厌的不利局面，最为关键的一环在于“两课”教师队伍的专家化，本对“两课”教师队伍专家化的基本内涵、必要性进行了分析，提出了“两课”教师队伍专家化的基本途径。
