乌拉尔甘草根挥发性化学成分的分析研究(简报)

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法,结合计算机检索对乌拉尔甘草根的挥发性化学成分进行了分析和鉴定。经毛细管色谱分离出50个峰,并且确认了所含的全部化合物,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各组分的相对百分含量。乌拉尔甘草根的挥发性化学成分主要为:2-甲基庚烷(14.70%);3-甲基庚烷(12.22%);庚烷(7.73%);3-甲基己烷(6.61%);辛烷(6.12%);2,3-二甲基戊烷(6.04%);2,4-二甲基己烷(5.82%)。3-乙基戊烷(4.99%);2-甲基己烷(4.47%);甲基-环己烷(3.88%);2,3-二甲基己烷(3.53%)。上述11种化合物的含量占全油的76.11%。首次报道了乌拉尔甘草根的挥发性化学成分,为进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。

Studies on the composition of the volatile oil from the roots of Glycyrrhiza uralensis

Abstract:Volatile oil from the roots of Glycyrrhiza uralensis was extracted in this study by a steam distillation process.The chemical composition was analyzed by the capillary GC-MS method and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data.By capillary chromatography,50 peaks were isolated,with all of the compounds identified.The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization and the main chemical components were 2-methyl-heptane(14.70%);3-methyl-heptane(12.22%);heptane(7.73%);3-methyl-hexane(6.61%);octane(6.12%);2,3-dimethyl-pentane(6.04%);2,4-dimethyl-hexane(5.82%);3-ethyl-pentane((4.99%);)2-methyl-hexane(4.47%);methyl-cyclohexane(3.88%);2,3-dimethyl-hexane(3.53%)respectively.These eleven compounds made up 66.09% of the total oil.This research is reported for the first time.The results provide a scientific base for the further exploitation of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
