| 摘 要： | ‘绿矮脚’竹是由绿竹[Dendrocalamopsis oldhami(Munro)Keng f.]资源经人工引种、筛选、培育的新品种。竹竿较矮,胸径较小,节间较短,分枝较低。出笋期较长(5月下旬至10月下旬),笋柄歪斜大,笋体较小,尖削度大。笋肉细腻脆嫩,营养丰富,品质好。

| Abstract: | ‘Luaijiao’is a new bamboo cultivar derived from Dendrocalamopsis oldhami（Munro）Keng f. The cultivar has a short culm，small diameter at breast height，short internode and low branch. The bamboo shooting period is from late May to late October. The bamboo shoot handle is skew and small，large taper. The texture of bamboo shoots is delicate and crisp，having a high nutritional value. |
