深层搅拌法水泥土室内配合比试验

摘    要:软土地基常常采用水泥土搅拌法进行加固,介绍了某工程水泥加固土室内配合比的试验成果,通过不同水灰比、不同水泥掺量、掺外加剂以及喷粉的对比试验,分析了影响水泥土强度的主要因素:水泥掺量起到主要作用,水泥土无侧限抗压强度随水泥土单位体积水泥用量增加而增大,两者呈线性关系,根据试验结果,建立了水泥土单位体积水泥用量与无侧限度抗压强度线性回归方程;在同样的水泥掺量和水灰比下,水泥土的无侧限抗压强度随龄期增长而增大;掺外加剂对水泥土强度影响不大,可以不掺外加剂,喷浆和喷粉的试验结果满足设计要求.

Abstract:Cement soil mixing method is usually applied in reinforcement of soft foundation. In this paper, laboratory test results of cement-soil mixing proportion of a project are introduced. Main factors influencing cement soil strength have been analyzed by a series of contrasl experiments with different water ratio of soil and water, different cement ratio, and additive and cement powder spraying. The cement ratio is the main factor because the strength of anti-pressure of unconfined compression strength of cement-soil increases with the dosage of cement per unit volume. The ratio of cement and the strength is linear correlated. The equation of linear regression of unit volume cement dosage of cement-soil and unconfined compression strength has been established. Under the same dosage and proportion of cement and soil, the unconfined compression strength increases with the time; adding additive has little influenee for the cement soil strength; grouting and spraying powder can meet the requirement of darign.
