海藻糖对花生植物抗性的影响

摘    要:海藻糖能使海水胁迫引起的植物根和叶中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及脯氨酸含量的变化趋势减缓。对于花生而言,高浓度(0.2%)的海藻糖可以使其更好地对抗低浓度(1/4)海水的胁迫,而低浓度(0.05%)的海藻糖则能更好地对抗高浓度(1/3和1/2)海水的胁迫。

Abstract:The trehalose can effectively release the adverse effects caused by saline stress,The variation with the contents of soluble sugars,soluble protein and free proline in roots and leaves of peanut had retard.The results showed that trehalose was in high concentration of 0.2% which was better resisting to the saline stress from low concentration seawater of 1/4 and trehalose with low concentration of 0.05%to the stress from high concentration of 1/3 and 1/2 seawater.
