波尔山羊与山西本地山羊杂交改良效果研究

摘    要:波尔山羊是世界著名的优秀肉用山羊品种,有“肉羊之父”的美称,具有体格高大、后躯发达、生长发育快、肉质性能好、屠宰率高、繁殖无季节性、适应性强、杂交改良各地山羊增重效果显著等特点。通过对波尔山羊×洪洞奶山羊(波奶)、波尔山羊×安哥拉山羊(波安)、波尔山羊×黎城大青羊(波青)3个杂交组合羔羊与纯种黎城大青羊作对比,各杂交组合在生长特性、育肥特性、屠宰性能及羊肉品质方面,都表现出良好的性能。特别是黎城大青羊,作为山西省的优良地方山羊品种,其良好的适应性和产肉性能表现突出,波青杂交羔羊也表现突出;奶山羊作为杂交母本,有良好的体形和泌乳性能,所产羔羊不论在产羔率还是羔羊生长速度上比其他品种有明显提高,但在肉质上需进一步改善。

Abstract:Boer goat is world famous mutton type variety which has fertures of big sized body,well developed hind limb,fast growth,fine quality mutton,good field of carcass,no season reproductivity,wide adaptation,and significant crossing effet in weight gain with local goats.Through a comparision of pure licheng Daqing goat with lambs of three crossings of boer×Hongdong milking goat(bo-nai),boer×Auglar(bo-an) and boer×licheng Daqing(bo-qing),it shows that the lambs of boqing has outstanding performance as licheng Daqing,a fine local goat with good adaptation and mutton yielding;and that bo-nai has fine body size,milking performance and the lambs has remarkable improvement both in lambing percentage or growth rate.Though its mutton quality needs improvement.
