湖北公安县柑橘果实品质分析与模糊综合评判

对公安县新近引进栽培的12个主要柚类品种和9个杂柑品种进行品质测定,并依据可溶性固形物、总酸、固酸比、可食率、含水量、Vc等6个主要品质指标,运用模糊综合评判法对其进行综合评定。结果表明,不同品种在主要品质指标上存在较大差异,柚类品种以沙田柚、永嘉早香柚红肉溪蜜柚、福建溪蜜柚表现较优,杂柑品种中以山下红、不知火、南香和秋辉表现较优。建议对柑橘果实品质进行客观评价时使用模糊综合评判法。

Analysis of Fruit Quality and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Orange

In the test,the quality of 12 main pumelo cultivars and 9 hybrid citrus cultivars introduced and planted recently in Gongan city were measured and also were comprehensively assessed according to 6 main fruit quality indexes including dissoluble solids,total organic acid,solid/acid,palatable rate,the content of water,and vitamin C(VC) by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that there exited significant difference in main fruit quality indexes among cultivars.Citrus Crandis(L.) Osbeck: Shatian-You,Yongjiazaoxiangyou,Hongrongguanximiyou and Fujianguanximiyou were superior of pumelo cultivars;whereas Shanxiahong,Buzhihuo,Nanxiang and Qiuhui were superior of hybrid citrus cultivars.It was suggested that the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was better when citrus fruit quality was evaluated objectively.
