生态雄性不育小麦的育性遗传研究

摘    要:通过考察生态雄性不育小麦ES-10与6个不同生态类型的小麦品种(系)及其杂交后代F1,F2,BCF1的育性变化规律,了ES-10育性转换的遗传机制,结果表明:ES-10的雄性育性遗传受细胞核基因控制,与细胞质基因无关,其育性2表现出明显的数量遗传特征,为数量性状遗传,雄性育性受一组对环境条件敏感的微效基因控制。

Abstract:The genetic mechanism of fertility alteration was studied by investigating ecological male sterile wheat ES 10,6 wheat varieties of different ecotypes and the fertility of F 1,F 2 and BCF 1 which were crossed by ES 10 and the 6 wheat varieties.The results showed that the fertility inheritance of ecological male sterile line was controlled by the nuclear genes and had no relation with cytoplasmic genes.The male sterile heredity of ecological male sterile line showed apparent quantitative heredity features,which was controlled by a set of minor genes called environmental condition sensitive genes.
