摘    要:根据采棉机主传动方式的要求,通过对发动机外特性、液压传动系统中变量泵和定量马达的调节性能特性的分析,针对国产自走式采棉机的主传动系的3种传动方案的优缺点进行分析比较,确定了国产自走式采棉机主传动系方案,该方案实现了在不同速度范围内的无级变速;并已用于自走式采棉机的生产中。

Abstract:According to the demand of powertrain of cotton picker, through analysis of external characteristics of the engine and the adjustment performance of variable pumps and constant displacement motors in fluid diver system, the advantages and disadvantages of the three powerstrain schemes of the home-made cotton picker were analyzed and compared and then the best one which could obtain stepless speed variation in different speed range was determined; The determined system was applied in self-propelled 4MZ-2/3 cotton picker industrializing production.
