奶牛乳腺上皮细胞体外培养技术研究进展

奶牛乳腺上皮细胞具有合成和分泌乳汁的特殊功能,是制作乳腺生物反应器的靶细胞。以奶牛乳腺上皮细胞为试验模型,能够真实反应乳腺生长、发育及泌乳的细胞或分子生物学机制,验证乳腺组织特异性表达载体构建的合理性和有效性,对研究奶牛乳腺生物反应器、乳蛋白基因表达具有重要的意义。文章主要从培养方法、培养体系的建立、形态结构与细胞增殖分化方面阐述乳腺上皮细胞体外培养技术研究进展。
