华北型黄瓜雌性系核心种质MC2065的创制

摘    要:将从外引育种材料的自交分离群体中筛选出的华南型黄瓜雌性系M16,经过多代回交、自交和母系选择构建了以新泰密刺自交纯合系X8为遗传背景的华北型黄瓜雌性系MC2065。基因组重测序结果显示:华北型雌性系MC2065与华北型雌雄同株系X8之间的同源性达到98%以上,与华南型黄瓜雌性系M16在F基因的编码区、调控区均无差异。

Abstract:South China type cucumber female line M16 was bred from foreign cucumber germplasm.By several successive backcrossing,self-breeding and female line selection,the North China type female line MC2065 was developed with the genetic background similar to homozygous inbred line Xintaimici X8.The sequencing results showed that MC2065 shared 98% homology with X8,and had no significant differences with M16 in coding region and regulation region of F gene.
