摘    要:对辣椒胞质雄性不育系8A与7个优良自交系共56个单株的测交F1进行花粉TTC染色和育性观察,以筛选其恢复系。结果表明:可育植株花粉数量多,TTC染色花粉着色好,而不育植株没有花粉或花粉数量极少,TTC染色花粉不着色或着色极浅;在7个自交系中,有4个自交系具有一定的恢复率,其中自交系R2中有1个单株的恢复率为100.0%,R8中有两个单株的恢复率为100.0%;3个恢复系组合的主要农艺性状都优于母本与父本,杂种优势明显。

Abstract:As the male parents,56 single plants out of seven inbred lines were crossed to pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)CMS line 8A,and the resulting F1 hybrids were used for the identification of restoration lines.The results showed as following:the fertile plants generated plenty of pollen grains which were dyed by TTC and took on red,while,the sterile plants generated no or few pollen grains which were dyed by TTC and took on no color.Besides,there were 4 out of 7 inbred lines,which had certain restoring ability,and am...
