| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨辽东桤木种子的休眠特性及打破休眠的处理方法。[方法]通过种子发芽抑制物检测和种子发芽试验研究了辽东桤木种子萌发的影响因素。[结果]辽东桤木种子不同浓度的水、乙醇和丙酮提取液对白菜种子萌发有明显的抑制作用。辽东桤木种子自然发芽率低,只有8%。采用GA3处理可提高种子发芽率,且种子发芽势整齐;当GA3浓度在50mg/L以上时,浸种48h可显著提高种子发芽率,极显著提高种子发芽势,但当GA3浓度高于200mg/L时,幼苗明显徒长。与其他处理相比,层积处理30d以上可显著提高种子发芽率和发芽势;层积处理30和40d,不仅显著提高了种子发芽率,而且种子发芽势整齐。有光条件下种子发芽率和发芽势高于无光条件下种子发芽率和发芽势。[结论]该研究为辽东桤木种子育苗提供了参考依据。 |
