贵州果蔗生产现状、制约因子及发展策略

针对贵州各热区扶贫攻坚问题，以贞丰县热区人民抓机遇发展果蔗生产而快速脱贫致富的成功典型事例，就贵州果蔗生产开发潜力和市场前景分析说明了果蔗生产是贵州热区人民最可靠依托和放心发展增收较快的产业，加大力度，快速推广，必将对贵州的全面脱贫和经济发展发挥积极的促进作用，并客观分析了目前贵州果蔗生产发展的制约因素，从而提出了今后果蔗产业的发展策略，积极实施“政策、科技、资金”三扶持，促成各热区果蔗生产鲜销产业的迅速发展壮大，才能引领贵州热区区域经济全面增长，实现全民脱贫致富。

The Present Situation, Restriction Factors and Development Strategies of Fruit Cane's Production in Guizhou Province

Aiming at the problem of Helping the poor and storm fortifications in each thermal region of Gui Zhou Province, taking people's typical and successful case of catching the opportunity to develop fruit cane so that they have got rid of poverty and been rich by now in the thermal region of ZhenFeng as an example, this article analyses the productive potential and the market prospect of fruit cane and suggests that the production of fruit cane must be the most reliable industry to increase local people's income. To enhance the quality and expand the area of fruit cane's planting will play an active role both in totally getting rid of poverty and in helping its economic development of Gui Zhou Province. In addition, this article analyzes some restriction factors of fruit cane's production in Gui Zhou Province at present. Accordingly, this article proposes the development strategies of fruit industry in future, namely, only under the condition of positively carrying out the three kinds of help and support in "policy, scientific technology, and funds", and of promoting production and development of sale in each thermal region of Gui Zhou Province, then each thermal regional economic can realize its overall growth and the local people can really realize the objective of entirely getting rid of poverty and gradually becoming rich, too.
