阿魏酸钠对抗鼠肝缺血再灌注损伤的研究

摘    要:
目的:观察阿魏酸钠(SF)对肝缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:将16只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组和SF保护组,以大鼠肝门断流1h再开放建立肝缺血再灌注损伤模型,在肝缺血前及肝再灌注2h时测肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和测血AKP、SGPT、SGOT并取肝组织作光镜及电镜检查。结果:对照组再灌注2h时MDA、SGPT、SGOT,的升高及SOD活力下降均较SF保护组明显(P〈0

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the preventive effect of Sodium Ferulate (SF)on thc damage of ischemia-reperfusion in rat liver. Methods: 16 rats were put randomly into SF protection group and control group.The animal model of hepatic ischemia was made by temporarily blocking the blood stream in porta hepatis for one hour. The malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismistase (SOD)in liver tissue and alkaline phosphatase (AKP),SGPT,SGOT in serum were measurcd before hepatic ischemia and after two hours of ischemia, respectivcly,and the severity of the hepatic tissue damage was examined under light and electronic mlcroscope. Results: Increasing of MDA,SGPT,SGOT and decreasing of SOD were more obvious in group as compared with the SF protection group (P<0. 01). Conclusion: SF has significantly protective effect on the damage of ischemia-reperfusion in rat liver.
