水利工程坝后保温板抗裂防冻害技术应用研究

摘    要:以新疆某水利枢纽工程坝后混凝土面板保温层为研究对象,研制出一种在无养护条件下,水胶比22%、粉煤灰(Ⅰ级)掺量10%、单位用水量13 kg/m3、减水剂掺量2%、水泥P.O42.5R、石英砂(细度模数为2.3),3 d抗压强度为25.3 MPa、抗折强度为5.1 MPa,与保温板适应性好,适用于严寒地区水工建筑物混凝土表面保温防护的抗裂砂浆。介绍了水工建筑物混凝土面板用保温板抗裂防冻害技术施工工艺,为水工建筑物在严寒地区的安全运行提供参考。

Application and Research of Anti Rracking and Anti Freezing Technology of Thermal Insulation Board Behind Dam of Water Conservancy Project
Abstract:Taking thermal insulation layer of concrete face slab behind dam of a water conservancy project in Xinjiang as an example,a kind of anti crack mortar without curing was developed.Water binder ratio of the anti cracking mortar was 22%,content of fly ash(grade I)was 10%,unit water consumption was 13 kg/m3,content of water reducer was 2%,cement P.O42.5R,quartz sand (fineness modulus was 2.3),compressive strength was 25.3 MPa and flexural strength was 5.1 MPa after 3 days of construction.It had good adaptability with insulation board and was suitable for thermal insulation protection of concrete surface of hydraulic structures in severe cold areas.Construction technology of thermal insulation board for concrete panel of hydraulic building was introduced.It provided reference for safe operation of hydraulic structures in cold areas.
