| 摘 要： | 以打响中国土地流转“第1枪”的河南省沁阳市西万村为对象，调查了西万村土地流转的过程与效果，分析其完善农村社会保障制度、加强团队合作、发挥带头人作用、结合各地区地形特点与资源状况选择适宜流转方式等成功经验，以期为各地的土地流转提供一定参考。

| Abstract: | Taking Xiwan village，Qinyang city，Henan province as an example，which launched the“first gun”of China′s land circulation，process and effect of land circulation in Xiwan village were investigated.Its successful experience in improving rural social security system，strengthening team cooperation，playing a leading role，and selecting appropriate transfer mode according to terrain characteristics and resource conditions of various regions were analyzed，so as to provide certain reference for land circulation in various regions. |
