切花月季品种水分胁迫耐性差异及忍耐极限初探

摘    要:以月季切花水分胁迫24h后瓶插寿命缩短百分比为衡量基准,比较了17个切花月季品种对水分胁迫的耐性,结果表明:瓶插寿命缩短百分比,雅典娜、萨蔓莎、金徽章和红衣主教4个品种在10%以下,为耐性品种;贝拉米、金牌、天使、黄金时代、红胜利、火鹤、玛丽娜、坦尼克和红成功9个品种为11%-50%,为中度耐性品种;加布里拉、默西德斯、外交家和唐娜小组4个品种在50%以上,为不耐品种,以瓶插寿命、鲜重损失率及花朵和叶片水势为水分胁迫程度的生理指标。分别对萨蔓莎和加布里拉两个品种的水分胁迫忍耐极限进行了探讨,证明萨蔓莎比加布里拉具有更强的保水能力和对失水的耐受力。

Abstract:Seventeen cultivars of cut rose(Rosa hybrida)were classified into three levels of tolerance to water stress by measuring the vase life decrease after the treatment of water stress for 24 hours,at 22-25 and 40%-60% relative humidity.The cultivars with strong tolerance to water stress included Samantha,Gold Emblem,Athena and Karolinal,with the decreased percentage of vase life under 10%.The medium ones included Red Success,Madelon,Marina,Angelique,Belami,Flamingo,Golden Medailon,Golden Times and Tineke,with the decreased percentage of vase life between 11% and 50%.The weak ones included Gabriella,Mrtvrfrd,Prima Donna and Diplomat,with the decreased percentage of vase life above 50%.Samantha,a cultivar with strong tolerance to water stress,and Gabriella,a weak one were used for determining their critical value of tolerance to water stress.The ratio of the loss of fresh weight and water potential of flower and leaf were taken as the critical value of tolerance,when the decreased percentage of vase life was 20%.The results indicated that Samantha had higher tolerance to water stress and better ability to keep water than Gabriella.
