摘    要:[目的]研究不同浓度赤霉素处理下山樱桃种子的萌发率.[方法]以天津蓟州区发现的野生山樱桃种子为试验材料,研究不同赤霉素浓度浸泡24 h和48 h对野生山樱桃去壳种子萌发的影响.[结果]野生山樱桃带壳种子吸水性较差,种胚完好率高,500 mg/L赤霉素浸泡48 h后,野生山樱桃种子发芽率最高,适当增加赤霉素浓度和浸泡处理...

Effects of Different Concentrations of GA3 on Seeds Germination of Cerasus serrulata

Abstract:[Objective]The aim was to study the germination rate of Cerasus serrulata seed with the treatment of different concentration GA3.[Method]C.serrulata seeds found in Jizhou were used as experimental materials.The effects of different concentration of GA3 on germination of shelled seeds of C.serrulata after soaking for 24 h and 48 h were studied.[Result]The results showed that C.serrulata seeds were drupe.The seeds with shell had poor water absorption,and the embryo integrity rate was high.When 500 mg/L GA3 was soaked for 48 h,the germination rate of C.serrulata seeds was the highest.Increasing the concentration of GA3 and soaking time could improve the germination rate of the seeds,but too high concentration of GA3 would reduce the effect of GA3 on the seeds germination.[Conclusion]It would provide reference for C.serrulata cultivation and germplasm utilization.
