| 摘 要： | 在区域特色农业发展中,科技服务是至关重要的机制。文章以宁夏为例,对农业科技服务体系改革的进展和现状进行分析,认为当前已形成一个“U”型科技服务体系的雏形,同时也存在一些需要解决的紧迫问题,特别是科技服务配套制度存在短缺问题,提出了建立6种配套制度的构想。

| Abstract: | Science and technology service is the most important mechanism in the development of regional distinctive feature agriculture. Based on the cases of Ningxia, the progress and present conditions of the reform of agricultural science and technology service system was analyzed in the paper. It was conclude that a "U" service system has formed and there still be some urgent problems demanded resolving, especially the shortage of matched system in science and technology service. Speculations of building up six kinds of matched system were put forward in the paper. |
