| 摘 要： | 加入WTO对于我国农业及其生产力水平重要标志的农业机械化来说，是风险与利益并存、挑战与机遇同在。因此把握好“入世”的机遇，努力创造有利于农业机械化发展的环境条件，迅速提高我国农业牛产力水平，是我国农机化发展的重要基础，也是奠定我国农业国际竞争力的重要基础． |

| Abstract: | Entry WTO has being brought venture and benefit, challenge and opportunity to the agricultural mechanization of our country. We should realize the current environment of agricultural mechanization and improve it for the development of agricultural mechanization as early as possible. For the agriculture of our country, nicer environment and healthy development of agricultural mechanization is propitious to improvement the level of productivity and international competition. |
