光周期诱导菊花成花及成花逆转过程中生理代谢的变化

摘    要:本试验以切花菊品种神马为试材,研究了不同光周期处理过程中菊花叶片可溶性总糖、蔗糖、可溶性蛋白、RNA和DNA等含量的变化。结果表明,长日照处理的菊花未形成花芽,始终保持营养生长,其叶片可溶性总糖、蔗糖、可溶性蛋白、RNA和DNA含量没有明显变化,一直保持较稳定水平。短日照处理的菊花叶片可溶性总糖和蔗糖比长日照处理减少,可溶性蛋白质、RNA和DNA含量都比长日照处理增加。先短日照后长日照处理的菊花在短日照期间形成的花芽在转入长日照时花芽停止发育和膨大,最终未开花,其叶片可溶性总糖含量比长日照处理减少,处理第15d以后比短日照处理增加,而蔗糖、可溶性蛋白、DNA和RNA含量比其它处理明显增加。

Abstract:This study was carried out to investigate the content change of soluble sugar,sucrose,soluble protein,DNA and RNA in chrysanthemum leaves during flowering and flowering reversion with cut flower cultivar Shenma as test material under three different photoperiod treatments.The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar,sucrose,soluble protein,DNA and RNA in chrysanthemum leaves didn't change significantly,and the flower bud was not observed under the continuous long-day conditions,while the contents of soluble sugar and sucrose decreased,and the contents of soluble protein,DNA and RNA increased significantly under the continuous short-day conditions.As for the short-day and then long-day treated plants,the flower buds formed under short-day conditions didn't develop after transferred to long-day conditions,and didn't bloom finally.Its content of soluble sugar decreased compared with that of long-day treated plants,but increased compared with that of short-day treated plants after 15-day photoperiod treatment,while the contents of sucrose,soluble protein,DNA and RNA increased significantly compared with those of other treatments.
