| 摘 要： | 本文以近年来在河北省山区兴起的生态经济沟建设为例,探讨了山区开发技术经济效果评价指标。认为在把山区生态经济建设作为新型的山区经营模式看待的同时,还应从开发、利用、保护山区资源出发,设置技术经济效果指标体系,以考察投资带来的整体效果,力求使山区开发建设,以较少的投入耗费,取得更大的经济、生态、社会效益。

| Abstract: | The index system for evaluating the effects of technique economy development in mountain regions was discussed in this paper taking the ecological economic valley construction as an example. The paper suggests that while taking ecological economic construction in mountain areas as a new way of economic management it is necessary to establish an index system of technique economy effect for the purpose of developing, utilizing and inspecting the investment effect as a whole. In this way, the maximum benefits of economy, ecology and sociaty can be reached with lowest investment to mountain region development. |
