| 摘 要： | 分析了Cr18双相不锈钢(A+F)的焊接特点,介绍了其在实际焊接中产生的主要缺陷与机理.在工艺上,以焊条电弧焊和TIG焊接方法为重点,以在腐蚀介质条件下工作的钢管和平板材料焊接为实例,总结了Cr18双相不锈钢焊接工艺的要点及防止缺陷产生的措施.

| Abstract: | The welding property of Cr18-type double phase stainless steel(austenite+ ferrite)is analyzed,and its main welding defects and relevant mechanisms in the actual welding operation are introduced.Technically,with focus on the shielded metal arc welding and TIG welding methods and with steel pipes and plate material welding as an example,the key points of Cr18 double phase stainless steel welding process and relevant measures for preventing defects are summarized. |
