| Abstract: | The fact that the implementation of the forest ownership reform is an inevitable choice intended for the development of state-owned forest areas is stated and the development status of the stated-owned forest ownership reform is introduced,with some measures for the forest ownership system reform in forest industry districts in the Twelve Five period presented. |
