生物有机肥对烤烟烟碱累积的影响

摘    要:为了研究生物有机肥对烤烟烟碱累积的影响,在相同氮用量的情况下,对烟株施用不同量生物有机肥后对其烟碱含量进行了测定。结果表明,烤烟烟碱的累积与氮素的吸收并不同步,对氮的吸收速率在移栽后50 d左右达到最高峰,烟碱的积累在移栽50 d前缓慢,50 d后积累开始增加,打顶后烟碱积累急剧增加,最大累积强度发生在移栽后80 d左右,施用生物有机肥的处理并未改变这种趋势,但烟株现蕾前的累积强度高于纯化肥处理。各处理烟株根、茎、叶中烟碱含量受打顶的影响,打顶前烟根含量最高,茎和叶相差不大,而打顶后烟叶远高于烟根,烟茎中烟碱含量最低。施用生物有机肥烟碱积累总量高于纯化肥处理。

Abstract:The nicotine contents of tobacco plants were determined to investigate effects of bio-organic fertilizer on nicotine accumulation flue-cured tobacco when different amount of bio-organic fertilizer plus other chemical fertilizers was applied as the basic manure under the same N application amount.The results show that the nicotine accumulation amount does not increase with increase of N absorbing rate.The N absorbing velocity reach the peak at 50d after transplant.The nicotine accumulation amount is slower within 50d after transplant,increases sharply over 50d after transplant,reaches the maximum at 80d after transplant and the same situation occurs in the treatments with applying the bio-organic fertilizer except for the nicotine accumulation amount is higher than CK before the squaring stage.The nicotine contents of root,stem and leaf of the treatments are affected by top pruning.The nicotine content of tobacco root is the highest and the nicotine contents of stem and leaf is almost the same before top pruning.The nicotine content of tobacco leaf is greatly higher than that of root and the nicotine content of stem is the lowest after top pruning.The total nicotine accumulation amount of the treatments with applying bio-organic fertilizer is higher than that of the treatment with applying pure chemical fertilizer.
