山药改善老龄小鼠游泳耐力的研究

摘    要:
[目的]研究山药水煎液对亚急性衰老小鼠游泳耐力及某些生理指标的影响。[方法]30只小鼠随机分为青年对照组(A)、衰老模型组(B)、和衰老用药组(C)。B、C组腹腔注射D-半乳糖100mg/(kg·d),连续60d,建立衰老模型。A组腹腔注射生理盐水100mg/(kg·d)。第46天c组灌胃山药水煎液100mg/(k·d),A、B组灌胃等体积蒸馏水,连续15d。第61天进行力竭游泳试验,观察并记录力竭游泳时间,后断头采血,测定红细胞数量,血尿素氮、血红蛋白含量,并称小鼠脾脏、胸腺重量,计算相关脏器指数。[结果]与B组比较,c组小鼠力竭游泳时间显著延长(P〈0.05)、BUN含量降低(P〈0.01),血红蛋白含量、胸腺、脾脏指数上升(P〈0.05)。[结论]山药水煎液可以改善老龄小鼠的游泳耐力,并对免疫器官的组织结构起保护作用,在一定程度上延缓了小鼠的衰老进程。

Abstract:
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of yam decoction on the swimming endurance and some physiological indices of subacute aged mice. [Method] 30 mice were randomly into 3 groups, including young control group (A), aged model group (B) and aged yam group (C). In the groups of B and C, D-galactose (100 mg/(kg·d)) was injected into mice by intraperitoneal injection, lasting for 60 days. The aged model was set up. In group A, normal saline was injected into mice by intraperitoneal injection. From the 46th day, yam decoction (100 mg/(kg·d)) injected into mice in group C by gastric perfusion and the same volume of distilled water was injected into mice in group A and B, lasting for 15 days. On the 61st day, exhaustive swimming test was carried out. The exhaustive swimming time was observed and recorded. After decapitating and sampling the blood, the erythrocyte number, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and hemoglobin content were determined. The weight of spleen and thymus were weighed to calculate the related organ index. [Result] Compared with B group, the exhaustive swimming time of mice in group C significantly prolonged(P<0.05), BUN content decreased (P<0.01) and hemoglobin content, thymus and spleen index increased (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Yam decoction can enhance the swimming endurance of the elder mice, protect the tissue stricture of immune organs and postpone the senescence process of mice to certain extent.
