食用菌种植中污染菌青霉的拮抗菌筛选

摘    要:针对食用菌种植中常见的污染菌青霉(penicillium)进行了生物防治探讨.通过拮抗(antagonism)实验筛选到一株拮抗菌-蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus Frankland & Frankland);并将其与有关灭菌剂进行了对比.同时也进行了小规模田间防治实验,均取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The edible fungu's production has become an important aspect of Agriculture already.But there exists a serious problem,It is polluted by epiphyte easily,and the pollution limits the large production of the edible fungus.This text aims at isolating a antagonistic Strain against penicilhum,It was identified as Bacillus cereus Frankland& Frankland by physiological,biochemical test.It had distinctively inhibitive effect on penicillium in small field examination,better than common disinfector.
