| 摘 要： | 选用4~7 g金鱼60尾,以触球法进行4种植物(大蒜、陈皮、松针、丁香)粗提物诱食效果的试验。通过记录金鱼进入集鱼区及其触碰试剂球次数,结合统计学检验,比较和评价了4种植物粗提物对金鱼的诱食效果。试验结果表明,陈皮、大蒜、松针具有诱食效果,其强弱依次为:陈皮>大蒜>松针;丁香无诱食效果,且具有抑制其摄食的趋势。陈皮、大蒜和松针是金鱼天然植物诱食剂的优良原料。

| Abstract: | Crude extraction of four kinds of plant including garlic(Allium Satirum),dried tangerine peer(Pericarpium citrus Reticulatae),pine needle(Pinus tabulace Formis) and clove(Syringa oblata) were assessed for their feeding attraction activities to goldfish(Carassius auratus).The rates of assembling and biting to the ball were used as activity indicator.The results showed that the dried tangerine peer,garlic and pine needle had significant effects on attraction of the experimental fish,while clove had no effect.The attractive range of these kinds of plant crude extraction was described according to their feeding attraction activity in a descent order as:dried tangerine peer>garlic>cypress leaf>pine needle. |
