尖孢镰刀菌毒素的初步研究

摘    要:引起大豆根腐病的尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)的不同菌株产毒量不同,毒素具有较强的热稳定性。用两种方法提取毒素,结果表明用炭吸附法提取的毒素量多于乙酸乙酯萃取法。生物活性测定表明:该毒素对大豆胚根有明显的抑制作用,对大豆一出复叶期幼苗有致萎作用。尖孢镰刀菌毒素不仅对大豆种子萌发、胚根生长有抑制作用,对其它作物种子萌发、胚根生长也有抑制作用。

Abstract:Different strains of Fusarium oxysporum, pathogens of root rot of soybean, could produce different toxin quanta. It was stable when toxin by heated. Toxin was extracted by two methods. The result showed that toxin quantity extracted by charcoal adsorption was more than ethyl acetae extraction's. Results from toxin activity bioassay suggested that the toxin could inhibit obviously the growth of soybean radicles and blight the seedling at 1-compound leaf stage. The toxin of F. oxysporium could not only inhibit soybean seed germination and growth of radicles, but also inhibit other crops seed germination and growth of radicles.
