| 摘 要： | 试验选择5周龄临床健康的贵妃鸡90只，随机分为3个处理，分别在基础日粮中添加0、500、1500 mg/kg的杜仲素，每个处理设5个重复，每个重复6只贵妃鸡，试验期7周。结果表明，杜仲素试验组贵妃鸡的料重比分别比对照组降低4.77%(P>0.05)和6.72%(P<0.05)；日粮中添加1500 mg/kg杜仲素能显著提高贵妃鸡α-醋酸萘酯酶阳性细胞数量（ANAE+）百分率与外周血淋巴细胞转化率；显著促进脾脏发育；试验组贵妃鸡血清新城疫抗体滴度与IgG含量有升高的趋势(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | 90 35-day-old health Royal chickens were randomly assigned to three groups with five replicates of six Royal chickens per group and the chickens were fed respectively with basal diet supplemented with 0,500 and 1500 mg/kg eucommia ulmoides oliver for 7 weeks.The results showed that the feed/gain ratio of chickens in the experimental group 1 and 2 were decreased by 4.77%(P>0.05) and 6.72%(P<0.05) than that of control group.The percentage of ANAE+ cells and the rate of lymphocyte transformation of the birds i... |
