| 摘 要： | 当前我国的一项重大战略政策就是大力推进社会主义新农村建设,"三农"问题也一直是党和国家工作的重中之重,农业水利工程的建设和发展对于促进农村经济发展,增加农民收入具有十分重要的作用,本文结合2011年中央一号文件为背景,分析了农业水利工程的作用和节水抗旱技术,并提出了农业水利工程发展的路径,具有较高的实践参考价值.

| Abstract: | At present China is a major strategic policy is to vigorously promote the construction of new socialist countryside,"three rural"issue has also been the top priority of the party and the country,agricultural water conservancy construction and development for promoting rural economic development and increase their income has a very important role in this paper,Central Committee Document No.2011,as background,analysis of the role of agricultural engineering and water-saving technology drought,and proposed the development of agricultural engineering path,with high practical reference value. |
