介绍了浙江省森林资源动态监测体系的框架技术方案.体系建设的目标是实施全省与县级森林资源年度公报制度.要实现这一目标大体上通过3个途径来实现:一是提高监测的时间分辨率,即进行省级、县级等各个监测级别上的年度监测,以掌握森林资源和生态状况的最新变化情况.二是提高监测的空间分辨率,实现可以提供同一时刻的省级、县级和重点区域的森林资源和生态状况数据的目的.三是扩充监测内容,即根据林业和生态建设的需要,在监测体系里加入社会各界需要的新的监测内容,实现森林多资源和森林生态状况的综合监测.参14

Design of dynamic forest resources monitoring system of Zhejiang Province

The design framework of dynamic forest resources monitoring system of Zhejiang Province was introduced. The objective of constructing the system was to produce annual reports of forest resources at province and county levels. Three approaches were used to achieve the objective of the system. The first was to increase the monitoring time resolution, i.e., to monitor the forest annually at all levels including province level, county level and project level. The second was resources at all levels demands of the society to increase the monitoring space resolution, i.e., to make the system provide data on forest in the and to same time.
