微量中性红对变形虫、车轮虫的特异性致死作用研究

目的]为水生动物的人工养殖提供参考。方法]采用不同浓度的中性红溶液分别处理变形虫和车轮虫,观察其死亡过程中细胞器的生理活动。分析中性红溶液对草履虫、绿眼虫、轮虫等常见水生动物生长的影响,对微量中性红对变形虫和车轮虫的特异性致死机理进行了初步研究。结果]0.5 mg/L中性红溶液破坏了车轮虫伸缩泡的生理机能,对车轮虫有特异性致死作用,但对非寄生性原生动物和轮虫等的生长和繁殖均无影响。一定浓度的中性红溶液能导致变形虫的消化、排异等生理机能的紊乱,是致死变形虫的主要因素。结论]中性红具有靶向性、安全、易氧化分解等优点,是治疗变形虫和车轮虫病的理想药物,适宜浓度为0.5 mg/L。

Study on the Specific Lethal Effects of Trace Neutral Red on Amoeba discoides and Trichodina

Objective] The aim of the research was to provide the references for the artificial culture of aquatic animals.Method] Amoeba discoides and Trichodina were treated with netrual red solution at different concn.to observe the physiological activities of organelles in their death processes.The effects of netrual red solution on the growth of common aquatic animals such as Paramecium caudatum,Euglena viridis and Brachionus plicatilis were analyzed and the specific lethal mechanism of trace netrual red to A.discoides and Trichodina was prelimanrily studied.Result] Netrual red solution at 0.5 mg/L damaged the physiological function of contractile vacuole in Trichodina and it had the specific lethal effect on Trichodina.But it had no effect on the growth and reproduction of nonparasitic protozoa,B.plicatilis and so on.Netrual red solution at certain concn.could lead to the disorder of the physiological functions such as the assimilation and rejection of A.discoides,which was main factor that caused the death of A.discoides. Conclusion] Netural red had the advantages such as targeting,safe and easy to be oxidized and decomposed.So it was the ideal drug for treating the diseases caused by A.discoides and Trichodin,with the suitable concn.of 0.5 mg/L.
