摘 要: | 目的]研究不同传粉昆虫制种效果的影响。方法]2008年新疆兵团农七师农业科学研究所从北京蜜蜂研究所引进2箱熊蜂,利用新疆兵团农七师农业科学研究所转育的哈克尼西棉胞质不育系9-21A及其对应保持系进行试验。保持系和不育系配比均设置为1∶3,试验采用随机排列,与当地的意蜂在4个网室进行2次重复对比试验。结果]结果表明,熊蜂的数量不是影响棉花不育系制种产量的主要因素,熊蜂的蜂群活力才是影响棉花不育系制种产量的主要因素。结论]试验结果说明,利用优势熊蜂群在新疆利用网室进行熊蜂授粉制棉花不育系的方法是可行的。

Primary Discussion on the Effect of Bumblebee on the Sterile Line of Cotton Pollinated Production in Xinjiang Net Room |

Abstract: | Objective] The objective of this study was to find out the effects of different pollinating insects on the seed production.Method] Using cytoplasmic male sterile line 9-21A and its maintainer lines of G.harknessii cotton as materials with the ratio of 1∶3,two repetition contrast experiments were carried out with bumblebees introduced from Beijing drone institute and local Apis mellifera in four net rooms.Result] The results indicated that the main influencing factor on the yield of cytoplasmic male sterile lines were not the number of drone but drone' s activity.Conclusion] It also showed that the technique of producing seeds of cotton cytoplasmic male lines pollinated by drone in net house was feasible in Xinjiang. |
