| 摘 要： | 图书馆危机管理的理论研究与实践是目前图书馆界逐渐受到重视的课题。危机意识是危机管理中重要的一个方面。文章从危机意识的概念、必要性及其组成,详细分析了危机意识问题,同时指出培养图书馆员工树立危机意识的5种途径。
