| 摘 要： | 通过冰冻切片及H.E染色法制作合作猪皮肤毛囊切片研究合作猪皮肤毛囊特性。结果表明:合作猪皮肤毛囊清晰观察到毛根、毛尖、外鞘、内鞘、毛囊群、纤维鞘、外表皮、内表皮、皮脂腺等组织结构。不同部位间毛囊孔径大小差异极显著(P<0.01)。毛囊孔径大小依次为:肩部<体测<臀部。毛囊密度为5.59-7.26个/mm2。该研究在工业中有广泛的应用。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of skin hair follicle structure of Hezuo swine were investigated using frozen section method and HE staining.Experimental results showed that the hair root,hair tip,outer sheath,inner sheath,hair follicle group,fibrous sheath,outer epidermis,inner epidermis,sebaceous gland and other organizational structures of hair follicles of Hezuo swine can be clearly observed.The hair follicle pore size varied extremely significantly (P<0.01) among different parts,showing a downward trend of shoulder < body side < buttocks; the hair follicle density ranged from 5.59 to 7.26 hair follicles/mm2.This study provides reference for the industrial and medical applications. |
