鸡波德特氏菌病的研究

摘    要:1995年9月在陕西咸阳首次发现鸡的波德特氏菌病。病鸡以流浆液性鼻液、眼睑肿胀、眼睛流泪及呼吸困难为特征。不同年龄的鸡均可感染,幼龄鸡的发病率和死亡率明显高于成年鸡。分离菌的24h肉汤培养物(0.2mL)感染小鼠及豚鼠可于24h内引起死亡;经鼻感染60日龄鸡复制出了与自然病例相同的临床表现,病死率60%,并回收到了接种菌。本文对分离的波德特氏菌的培养特性、形态特征、致病性、抗生素的敏感性、灭活苗的研制及免疫防制进行了深入研究。

Abstract:A new chicken disease caused by Bordetekka avium was first found on a farm in Shaanxi Province in Sep.1995.The infected chicken suffered from serious exudate nostril,swollen and tearful eyes and difficult respiration.The morbidity and mortality for young chickens were much higher than that for adult chickens.Mice and guinea pigs could be infected with 0.2 mL of 24 hr broth cultures isolated from chickens,and died in about 24hrs.60 day aged chicken reproduced the disease by nostril inoculation.The clinical symptoms and pathological changes were the same as ill chickens in natural conditions.The pathogenic organism was also isolated from the nasal sinus of died chicken.It was identified as Bordetella avium .Its properties of culture,morphology,biochemistry,pathogenicity,antibiotics sensitivity were discribed.The inactivated vaccine and immune control against Bordetella avium were studied as well.
