| 摘 要： | 1959年新安江水库建成之后,首先在水库周围进行封山育林,然后逐步推广。现在淳安县推广面积已达65869hm~2。实践证明:封山育林成本低,绿化速度快,经济效益和生态效益明显,同时促进了旅游业的发展。

| Abstract: | The area of closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation has been 65 869 ha in Chun'an county since Xin'anjiang reservoir was built in 1959. The facts show that closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation is a good method to make a barrenhill green, which is of lower input of cost, obvious economic benefit and ecological benefit. Closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation enables the landscape to beautify and promotes the tourist trade to develop. |
