摘    要:AFLP技术是一种非常有效的分子标记技术,但由于在品种鉴定方面的研究较少,限制了该技术在品种产权保护和真实性鉴定中的应用。本文对适合玉米自交系及杂交种鉴定的引物组合进行了筛选,通过对42种引物组合的试验,选出MGA EGAG和MGAA EGA两组引物组合多态性强、谱带多、质量高,能有效地区分不同材料。研究中还发现随引物选择碱基的增加,扩增的谱带数有降低的趋势,多态性有增加趋势。3 2引物组合比2 3引物组合扩增谱带数有明显降低。这些变化趋势可以作为其它作物引物组合选择的参考。

Abstract:AFLP is an usefull for molecular markers.However there were very few study on its use in variety identification,its vaule as a tool for varicety right protection and genuineness identification was limited.The scutablk primer combrinations for identifying corn inbreeds and hybrids were studied and selected.Two groups of selected primer (M GA E GAC and M GA E GAC ) were of high polymorphism and high quality characters in identitying maize in breeds and hybrids.The mumber of amphified bands were decreased while the number of selected bases were increased.This resulfs in the increase of fingerprint polymorphism.The band number of 3+2 selected base primer combination is signiticantly less than that of 2+3 selected base primer combination.This results can be a good reference for other primer selection studies.
