摘    要: 以韭菜和葱的乙酸乙酯提取液对香蕉枯萎病菌进行了抑菌试验,并在高温条件下,采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对葱的各部位、韭菜根的乙酸乙酯提取液进行分析。结果表明:韭菜和葱各部位乙酸乙酯提取液对香蕉枯萎病菌均有一定的抑制作用,以韭菜茎的抑制效果最好,为29.85%,韭菜根的抑制效果次之;葱的根、茎、叶和韭菜根的乙酸乙酯提取液检出物分别为34、20、12和21种,其中韭菜根提取液中有较多的含硫化合物,脒基硫脲最多,为17.01%。葱提取液中除含硫化合物外,还检出噻吩、吡嗪和喹啉类物质。

Abstract:The antibiotic experiment of extracts from Allium tuberosum and A. fistulosum with ethylacetate against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense was studied. Compositions of the extracts of A. fistulosum and A. tuberosum root with ethylacetate were analyzed by GC-MS at high temperature. The results indicated that all the extracts of two Allium plants with ethylacetate showed inhibitory effects on the F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense, the inhibition efficiency of A. tuberosum stem was 29.85%, on the top of the list, closely followed by A. tuberosum root. The kinds of extractives from the root of A. fistulosum and A. tuberosum with ethylacetate were 34, 20, 12 and 21,respectively. Extracts of A. tuberosum contained many sulfo-compounds. Amidinothiourea was the most, accounted for 17.01%. Compounds containing thiophene, pyrazine and quinoline were also detected except sulfo-compounds from extracts of A. fistulosum.
