| 摘 要： | 20世纪30年代初至40年代末，国民政府以行政力量供给农村合作经济制度，最后以失败而告终。分析了造成该制度供给失灵的原因在于：合作社缺乏经济基础；合作社被扭曲为官员升官发财的工具；合作社变异为地富豪绅等权势者剥夺贫困农民的新工具

| Abstract: | From the beginning of 1930s to the end of 1940s, rural cooperative has been supplied by Kuomintang. It is analyzed in the article that the reasons of failure were: scarceness of economy basic; contorted into win promotion and get rich for officials; changed into new tools of depriving poor farmers by persons who were rich or had authority. |
