| 摘 要： | 本文研究了60_Coγ射线辐照甘蔗愈伤组织的诱变效果。结果表明,辐照甘蔗愈伤组织的再生植株有较大的变异。经过几代选择,已从1340株再生植株中获得2个比较理想的高产高糖株系。试验说明:用60_Coγ射线辐照甘蔗愈伤组织,可作为选育甘蔗良种的方法加以利用。

THE MUTAGENIC EFFECT ON THE SUGARCANE CALLUS IRRADIATED WITH ~(60)Co-γ RAYS |

| Abstract: | The mutagenic effect on the sugarcane callus cell treated with 60Co-γ rays was studied. Experimental results showed that there was a great number of variations in phenotypc of regenerated plants from sugarcane callus cells which were irradiated with 60Co-γ rays. Two lines of high-yield and high-sucrose were obtained from 1340 regenerated plants through a few generation selections. The results indicated that sugarcane callus cell irradiated with 60Co-γ rays can be a useful way in sugarcane breeding. |
