| Abstract: | A new approach to arriving at an optimum decision for lining irrigation canal distribution networks is given. The method proposed ensures optimal allocation of limited funds for lining sub-minor canals of the distribution network. The optimum length of lining of sub-minor canals for maximum benefits can be determined when only limited funds are available. |
