| 摘 要： | 在浙江沿海经济社会高速发展的大背景下,海洋渔民的权益受到了较严重的侵害。本文在调查研究的基础上,对海洋渔民权益受损的基本情形作了科学的梳理,对浙江省各级政府及相关主管部门所采取的措施进行了阐述,并对存在的问题作了分析,最后提出了保障海洋渔民权益的对策措施和政策建议。

| Abstract: | Despite of the rapid development of social and economic conditions in Zhejiang Province, the fights and interests of fisherman are encroached heavily. Based on investigation, the paper scientifically summarized the basic conditions of the damage of rights and interests of fisherman, elaborated the measures governments of coastal areas and related supervision authorities have taken, analyzed the existing problems and finally put forward the solutions and policy advices for the protection of rights and interests of fisherman. |
