柞蚕外部形态的扫描电镜观察

用扫描电镜的方法观察柞蚕卵壳、幼虫、蛹、成虫的表面构造,观察到柞蚕卵的钝端中央有卵孔,一般7—10个,周边有一层花瓣状纹,其外方有多边形卵纹,其三边之顶点有气孔,构成网状结构。柞蚕幼虫头部附器有触角、单眼、口器、吐丝器。发现了上唇内面,下唇表面有多数针状突起,下腭肢端部圆锥形突起及下腭瘤状体上分节突起上表面的微细构造。柞蚕幼虫、蛹、成虫的体表有多数体表衍生物,其中有细胞及非细胞性外突、毛丛突起及刚毛。体部附肢主要有气门、胸足、腹足。不同的发育阶段及幼虫不同时期,体表突起及附肢的形态构造不尽相同。

OBSERVATIONS ON THE SURFACE STRURTURES OF CHINESE TUSSAH BY SCANNING ETECTRONMICROSCOPE

The surface structures of Chinese tussah were observed in larval, pupal, egg and adult stage by scanning electronmicroscope. The center of chorion's obtuse pole is the area with 7-10 micropyles onit. This area is surrounded by a band of petaloid patterns with 5 irregular elongated hexagonal patterns outside. There are pentagon to octagon ridgy patterns on the central part of chorionic surface. The aeropyle exists at the intersection of every three lines and has an aeropyle - wall outside . All these patterns form a met-like structure. Antenna, lateral ocelli and mouth parts are the main sensitive organs of the larva and are efficient in the senses of touch,taste or smell to assist the larva in its existance directed by the central nervous system. There are a lot of derivatives on the surface of larva, pupa and adult, such as cellular or noncellular processes, seales etc. The crochet number of larval pro-legs varied in tussah varietes or larval instars.
